Camp CONNECT: Mendocino, CA

A five day experience, designed to give men (gay, queer, bi-sexual, and trans men) the opportunity to connect deeper to pleasure and knowing in their own bodies, as well as to a growing collective community. 

ABOUT THE WEEKEND

If you could go back in time and do summer camp again, this time as an adult, what would you want it to be like?


If I could do it again, I’d want to go back as my openly gay, queer self. And I’d want to go with other gay and queer folks.


CAMP CONNECT was created for exactly that reason.

As adult men, we get to reclaim and revisit the moments we didn’t quite get to have, or didn’t get to have fully. This is adult summer camp: a few days away from real life, before we all go “back to school,” where your body gets to rest, play, and learn through pleasure.


Days are simple. We move, breathe, rest, laugh, and explore pleasure, (solo and shared), in ways that are clear, consensual, and grounded. 


You’ll explore:

  • How to feel more sensation and pleasure in your body
  • How erotic energy moves when you stop rushing it
  • Playful, respectful ways of connecting with others
  • What happens when you give your body time and care


This is a space to lower your guard, be a little awkward, be a little bold, and remember what it feels like to belong without having to prove anything.


In the spirit of sending ourselves to the camp we never had, 10% of net profits from CAMP CONNECT will be donated to Camp Lightbulb, helping queer youth attend summer camp on scholarship.

This workshop is available to 21-30 men.


Thursday, September 3

We invite attendees to arrive  between 2 and 3pm to settle into rooms. Curriculum will begin at 3p and our opening dinner will be served for all attendees. The first day will allow you the opportunity to get to know the other men in the group. We will be coming together to create our circle and set our collective agreements for the weekend and diving into our first collective experiences together. All attendees must be present for opening and closing circles, no exceptions.

Friday, September 4th 

The morning sessions and discussions will explore receiving gifts, touch, and invitations with gratitude, while honoring curiosity and boundaries. We will finish the day with discussions and activities that include giving and receiving touch, which include embodiment explorations and sensation play. You are invited to participate or simply witness. We'll sit fireside during the evening.

Court is  a Somatic Sex Educator, Surrogate Partner Intern, and Sacred Intimate. He is a member of the World Association of Sex Coaches, and Founder of The Body Vox.  He is a guide for a vast spectrum of individuals and those in relationship/s seeking more in their erotic and intimate lives.

    Once payment has been collected, a 15 Minute Exploratory Call will be set for you and Court Vox. If following, this call one or both parties feel this is not the right fit for the applicant, a reimbursement in full will be made within 2 weeks of cancellation.  You will also receive registration confirmation via e-mail with location and event information, as well as packing list, etc.

    ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL, and there are NO REFUNDS for this program. Payments and deposits are subject to our terms and conditions.
